Concentric Services

Homestyle Aged Care is the first aged care home provider in Victoria to offer an award-winning rehabilitation program provided by Concentric in our specially designed gymnasiums and on-site allied health support. Concentric’s services are tailored Physiotherapy Rehabilitation to each individual resident to achieve outcomes such as increased social participation, increased strength, mobility and balance, and most importantly the program is proven to decrease functional decline.

The Wellness Package includes:

• Comprehensive initial assessment 
• A combination of one-on-one and group exercise classes 
• Individually tailored exercise programs 
• Unlimited access to the gym during supervised hours
• Reassessment every 3 months where progress and program are reviewed

• Quarterly case conferences with family as requested

On admission, the Homestyle Client Services Officer will introduce you to the Concentric team who will discuss which physical rehabilitation program for recovery will suit you or your loved one after a thorough initial physical assessment. Our Homestyle staff continue to work together with the Concentric team to achieve the best possible outcome for each resident during their time at our facility.
