Welcome to Rowville Manor, being completed in March 2020, it proves to be a state-of-the-art designed aged care facility with all the modern conveniences and up-to-date systems, providing a high quality of care and considerance. We are located just off Wellington Road in Rowville, near the Rowville Fire Station and behind the Rowville Baptist Church. Nearby an extensive range of shops, cafes, entertainment and high-quality essential services can be found at Wellington Village Shopping Centre, Rowville Library, Recreation Reserve and Churchill-Waverly Golf & Bowls Club. Angliss Hospital is only a short distance away, should the need arise.
Rowville Manor homes 119 residents, offering a choice of single rooms with ensuites or master suites for couples, which all are equipped with air-conditioning, hydronic heating, wall mounted televisions and amazing natural garden views. A choice of several room types enables residents to have accommodation that meets their needs and budget.
Rowville Manor is home to our award-winning rehabilitation program provided by Concentric Healthcare Services. Our specially designed gym and physio rooms help individuals achieve outcomes, socialize and more importantly is proven to maintain physical strength, balance and mobility to increase functionality. Concentric’s rehabilitation packages are tailored to each individual resident through assessments, one-on-one and group classes, and quarterly case conferences with families.

The Accommodation Payment (cost of the room) can be funded as a RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit), DAP (Daily Accommodation Deposit) or a combination of both.
Not all residents are required to pay for their accommodation, those with Low Means may be eligible for assistance from the Government as a Fully Supported or Partially supported resident.

Concentric’s rehab packages are tailored to each individual resident to achieve outcomes such as increased social participation, increased strength, mobility and balance, and most importantly the program is proven to decrease functional decline.
The rehab package includes;
- Comprehensive initial assessment
- Individually tailored exercise programs
- A combination of one-on-one and group exercise classes
- Unlimited access to the gym during supervised hours
- Reassessment every 3 months where progress and program are reviewed
- Quarterly case conferences with family as requested
On admission, the Homestyle Client Services Officer will introduce you to the Concentric team who will discuss which rehab program will suit you or your loved one.
