Welcome to Belmont Grange, a warm and inviting home, providing excellent care. Offering accommodation for 85 residents, Belmont Grange is located in Grovedale, Geelong, not far from the M1 Princes Freeway. Within close proximity are Waurn Ponds and Belmont Shopping Centres, providing a comprehensive range of shops, cafes, entertainment and essential services.

Belmont Grange offers residents both single rooms with ensuite, or master suites for couples. We provide all the required equipment and furniture leaving ample space to personalise the room and make it feel like home. A variety of room types also enables residents to have the accommodation that meets their needs and budget.

Room Pricing

The Accommodation Payment (cost of the room) can be funded as a RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit), DAP (Daily Accommodation Deposit) or a combination of both.

Not all residents are required to pay for their accommodation, those with Low Means may be eligible for assistance from the Government as a Fully Supported or Partially supported resident.

Concentric’s services are tailored to each individual resident to achieve outcomes such as increased social participation, increased strength, mobility and balance, and most importantly the program is proven to decrease functional decline.

The wellness package includes;

Comprehensive initial assessment
Individually tailored exercise programs
A combination of one-on-one and group exercise classes
Unlimited access to the gym during supervised hours
Reassessment every 3 months where progress and program are reviewed

On admission, the Homestyle Client Services Officer will introduce you to the Concentric team who will discuss which physical rehabilitation program will suit you or your loved one after a thorough initial physical assessment. Our Homestyle staff continue to work together with the Concentric team to achieve the best possible outcome for each resident during their time at Belmont Grange.
